A person by the name of Julie Bird contacted me via letter and then by phone (several times). She said she was working for Medicare and wanted to interview me on the quality of their services. When I contacted Medicare they said they never contact people by phone and that it was a scam. I contacted the attorney general's office in Santa Fe and reported her. Since her initial contact and phone message she has tried to call me repeatedly by phone even though I blocked her number. I just received a hand delivered notice from her with NORC information. NORC is falsely representing themselves as Medicare. This is an obvious scam to get information and money from elderly people.
