I called a number I believed to be wayfair customer support - and for all I know could be - they told me when I called that my assembly for the desk I ordered was going to be moved to next week. I was upset because I called them to tell them that the guy who was coming to assemble it keeps telling me a different time and they already rescheduled to the next day. They hung up on me because I was upset, i called again got a different guy, and he was rude to me, told me that to get refund for the assembly that they needed me to do something on the laptop, and if I did not have laptop that they can't help me and then he hung up, when I called back they were so rude, screamed at me and then told me not to call them again, then I called again and the guy was even more disrespectful and called me a dumb ass bitch. Never in my life has any customer service experience I had gotten me this upset. I was shaking and so upset it brought me to tears. I would not wish for another person to encounter these horrible customer service reps. I believe they are scammers because they told me that the guy coming would not be here and the guy rescheduled and then the guy showed up and was texting me that he was in traffic. I believe they tried to scam me.
