The advertisement showed emotional healing Panda Bears, that moved and made sounds using AI. The video looked great. I ordered 5 for my grandchildren. However, the Panda bears that I received were just ordinary stuffed that one can buy anywhere. I have written to the company three times, including photos and the shipping label they requested, explaining that these Panda bears don't move nor make sounds as advertised. I accused them of false advertising and asked for a full refund to Paypal. I offered to send all the bears back, at my own expense....the only response I received so far is that I can keep the bears, and I will get a 30% discount on my next purchase. Of course I will never purchase from this company again. I started a dispute with Paypal, but so far they want me to resolve it with the original company. Do NOT purchase so called emotional support Panda Bears with AI.
