Description
This company advertises women's clothing and boasts support of our U.S. National Forests. The clothing shown is described as cotton and linen fabric. I ordered four women's blouses. What I received were blouses made of polyester, I think, in different colors and patterns than I had ordered. There were no tags describing the makeup of the fabric, fabric care or the place of origin of the items. The only tag was one at the collar denoting the size. There was no invoice included with the items. The return address on the outer envelope that the blouses were shipped in was a street in California, no company name. I have also reached out to the original company by email. First response described how this is a loss for their company, and if I "insist upon" a refund, then I would be responsible for the shipping cost. I agreed to this, have mailed the package back with a copy of the invoice that was emailed to me, but have yet to receive any payment from this company. I checked with the post office to determine if it had arrived in China. It is there, has cleared customs and is awaiting pickup, as of August 20. I am angry and insulted, but ultimately, I now realize that I should have checked this company out before making a purchase. I hope that no one else falls for this scam, and I also hope that the BBB can somehow get their ads taken down.
