I had ordered a resin figurine entitled “Take Me Home” from a company called Kernerio who had advertised this figurine on Facebook. I paid for the product and weeks later received an entirely different product. A friend of mine who I had recommended it to received the wrong product as well. I emailed Kernerio and complied with them to send my proof of purchase and I sent them a picture of the wrong product that I received. The first response was just an apology and an offer to give me 20% refund for the purchase. I responded to them that this was unacceptable as I didn’t want the product I received and wanted what I had ordered. They followed up with me with two options. One, I could keep the item and they would give me a 50% refund or I could send it back and pay $20 to ship it back and get a full refund. The item itself was only $40. For now I have accepted the 50% refund because I will not pay $20 to send a small resin figurine back to this company as I do not trust them to refund me.
