Description
It has been more than a month, I expect a full refund to be processed promptly. I'm willing to take this claim far based on fraudulent practices and sheer business ethics. 1. Upon placing my order on August 8, 2025, your shipping method said USPS. My receiving mailing package address method is at a USPS post office box. Based on your shipping method, this should have been an easy delivery. 2. During delivery, your U.S. shipping method was then switched to a third-party service, GoFo Express. A customer service based out of the Philippines. An incompetent courier claimed the package could not be delivered at 9:43 a.m. This was highly unlikely as postal hours are from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, which are standard business delivery times. GoFo Express then stated, "the address could not be found on a Google search." After sending them an actual screen shot of the Google's physical location. GoFo Express then fabricated yet another excuse for non delivery. It is evident that your company has logistical delivery problems. As a customer, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have not received. It is unacceptable for a business to expect a customer to be responsible for the delivery of an order, especially after being charged for the order.
