Description

While scrolling Instagram, Nutrivora came across my feed, advertising and selling a nutritional supplement. They were selling a product called ‘Oil of Oregano with Black Seed Oil.’ This product was said to relieve the body of parasites, candida and repair overall gut health and immune system. Advertised was a medium sized white bag with a sealed closure. I clicked on the link to order and was sent to their website, trynutrivora.com. I made a successful order and received a confirmation email. After waiting three weeks for the order I reviewed my confirmation email and wrote to customer service No phone number was provided. They replied back with a tracking number for my product. I clicked on it and learned that my ‘Oil of Oregano with Black Seed Oil’ was traveling through CHINA. It was another two weeks before I received product. When it arrived, I received an ordinary sized vitamin bottle, not the advertised bag. I opened the bottle and learned it was NOT Oil of oregano or black seed oil, but regular (vitamin E) softgels. They lacked a scent of strong oregano or pepper. They smelled like plastic. Note the only business information located on the bottle was a United States address, US Berlin Gene, Ltd. 4720 Willow Street, Denver CO 80238 This is fake because I tracked the product traveling through China. It took five weeks to arrive Today, September 4th, 2025, I received a confirmation email thanking me for my new order. I did NOT make another order. They automatically used my debit card I used for previous order to scam me. Again no phone number was available to call. I immediately wrote an email demanding stop payment and cancellation of fake order. I had to call my bank and report fraud to cancel my Debit card and payment. Just plain fraud.
