Description

I paid for my item on August 3, 2025, and it was conveyed to me via their website that they "may need up to 1-4 business days for processing & manufacturing in addition to 4-10 days for shipping & delivery." Therefore, at most it should have taken two weeks to be delivered. It has been over a month now and I have no information where my package is, nor do I know if or when I will receive it. There has been no update on the tracking/delivery of my package since August 8th, 2025. Upon sending the company multiple emails asking why I have not received my item, I finally received one response where the representative said that it must be delayed by the local courier and is beyond their control. I have since responded to their email and asked for either a replacement for my item or a refund since it has been over a month and the service was not rendered, but I have still not received a response from the company. Summary below: Amount paid: $45.92 Date order was confirmed: 8-3-25 Order #114598 Tracking number: YT2521700703363615 Item has not been received, and services have not been rendered. No further shipping updates have been provided since 8-8-25 There is no phone number that I am aware of to get in contact with customer service, and the only method that I have been able to find has been email. I've documented all of the messages that I have sent to them. Below is a copy of their only response to me about this matter: "Hello Rich! Thank you for reaching out. It seems that your parcel is experiencing some delays with the local courier. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that delays caused by the local courier are unfortunately beyond our control. However, we are actively monitoring the situation and are doing our best to ensure your package reaches you as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while this matter is resolved. Rest assured that we are monitoring the situation, and you should receive your parcel soon. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Have an amazing day, DearPersonCo Customer Support Team" All I am asking for is to send a replacement for the item that I never received, or to simply refund my money back to me.
