I found the site for this company called VeteranStitch.com. They claim to make hats an other veteran apparel. Back in July, I ordered a custom hat from them and when it arrived it was of poor quality with the wrong service branch on it. I immediately emailed them to let them know of the situation. At first some guy named "Vinci" who I've been going back and forth with by email, told me they would send out another right away. This was back in July and it is now September and I've never received the replacement hat. When I asked for a refund. this "Vinci" has been doing everything he can to not refund my $40 and has told me that the replacement hat was already delivered July 17th. It was not. That is when the original faulty hat was sent. They still refuse to refund me and I have never received a replacement. I would like to have them investigated and have others warned of this scam.
