Description

I made a reservation for July 4-6th initially on Trivago site who uses Algotels.com for bookings. When I arrived, I was told that our reservation had been cancelled back in March but I was never notified. After a month going back and forth with Hotel, they informed me on 8/11/2025 that they refunded the money for my reservation to Algotels and that I need to contact them for a refund. After another month of trying to get my refund, Algotels still has not refunded the $703.00 owed back to me. Everytime I call they tell me it's been sent to the escalations team, but no one has yet to call me. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company but that seems to be going nowhere either.
