Booked Roadrunner Freight Pickup and the Roadrunner Truck did not show up to pickup freight on scheduled day - The following day Roadrunner finally showed up and took the freight - roadrunner billed me $75 for them not showing up on day one - said it was a dry run and that they showed up at our commercial location and we did not have our freight ready which was a lie. We waited all day for them to pickup and freight was ready to go and they never showed up. Even though Roadrunner did not show up, they then billed me for roadrunner not showing up. This is fraud. We have had to pay the fraudulent fee but will never use this company again. Warning to all folks - do not use this company - they are thieves and will make up fake charges that are clearly fraudulent.
