Cancelled prior to shipment; refused -> responded to wait for delivery. Once delivered, told me I must return to China - total cost exceeds fan. Shipping cost = $9.99; per detailed receipt. Fan cost $59.98. I contacted CapitalOne 9/2/25 -> disputing charge. Sent email again today notifying them I contacted CapitalOne and reporting to FTC.
