I was browsing Pinterest and saw an ad for full-body silicone reborn dolls. I never though id be scammed on Pinterest, the ad i was looking at said "sponsored" on it, and i placed an order. It NEVER crossed my mind this would be even the slightest bit risky. I paid my money ($49.99) AND i also paid for shipping insurance! I got an email confirmation right away and it looks very legitimate. I placed this order May 20, 2025. All throughout June, 2025, and July, 2025, and right up through mid-August, i requested shipping information which was never provided. They sent me an emai the middle of June stating it had been delivered to my address and suggested i check with neighbors who mayhave signed for it. None of my neighbors signec for it. I am at home 24/7. My Ring doorbell doesnt show any such delivery either. They keep responding to my status requests stating my order is now prioritised and should be here any day now and ask me to be patient. Plus their contact email ([email protected]) is not a working email address, leaving me with no way to contact them. I was fortunate to find a different contact email, but they still have not done anything to resolve my issues.
