I ordered a dress from MISSACC that I received but was not pleased with - did not fit well, the color did not match the color advertised and the quality was inferior. I requested a refund and I am trying to get an address to make a return. They keep replying to my email requests with other options such as 30% coupon code, $30 to keep the dress, $20 to get the dress tailored. They also offered full refund with return but will not send me the address to use for return - they give me other options. I just want to return the dress and get a refund.
