Description
I rented items from the company and was charged a refundable $100.00 security deposit (more than the cost of the rental). When the items were returned, the company ceased all communications and has not returned my deposit. I have tried contacting them, requesting the money though my bank, etc., but there is no response. As the items were picked up and dropped off beside a residence with no contact with the owner of the company, I made sure to take a picture of the condition of the items upon return. I have since discovered that the company ran under the name Rustic Charm up until 2022, and had a similar complaint made against them before closing down and rebranding.
