Ordered one bag of shilajit gummies from their social media business page on 8/4/2025. International tracking provided much later, tracking didn’t indicate movement at all. Received 3 email notifications saying the product had just been delivered (2:30 AM on a Monday 8/18/2025) No product delivered at that time, not the next day or during the week. Online form sent to their customer service went unanswered, as well as their support email address. No response. No delivery of product. This morning (9/2/2025) I noticed my card had been charged another $44.80 for their product (I did NOT ‘subscribe’ - this was a standalone order to try the product) I tried calling the phone number (a Seattle number for a Delaware business) and it hangs up before it even rings. So no ability to reach via posted phone #, NO responses to their online customer service form, no response to a direct email to them.
