Description
The shipper was identified by the seller of the dog as their reliable transporter. They initially gave me an invoice and tracking number. Then they came up with insurance that needed to be paid and quoted the Rules and Regulations of the National and International Comminssion on the transport of pets, paragraph 2 section 12. It was a long post that ended with an ask for $800 to insure the dog for $2500. After I paid that they came back with a Veteranarian inspection quoting conditions and vaccines needed as well as an electronic kennel for $600. When I refused the vaccines and the amount for the kennel, the seller offered to pay half of the kennel and I sent $200. That was the last transaction and i never heard from them again.
