Description
I placed an order for a bag a month ago. Prior to delivery, I contacted their support team via email to inform them that all packages must be picked up from my building's lobby and that the delivery driver would need to contact me. They acknowledged this email and noted it in their system. A few days later, I followed up and was told the package had been delivered. However, I never received it—my door buzzer never rang, and there was no delivery attempt. I immediately informed them, and they replied that the issue would be escalated to their team. Nothing happened. I followed up again and received the same copy-paste response: that it would be escalated. That was two weeks ago. Since then, they have stopped replying altogether. There is no phone number or live customer service available on their site. While their email footer lists a physical address—2704 Handley Ederville Road, Fort Worth, TX 76118—upon investigation, this appears to be a railroad or non-commercial location, which raises further red flags about the legitimacy of the business. I have attached a PDF of all correspondence.
