Lucas Nowak from Aracau LLC contacted me about a potential job as a remote Quality Inspector Support/Delivery Operations Specialist position. I was contacted from the phone number 484-476-0303 and an email address at [email protected]. Upon acceptance, I signed the employee agreement and filled out employee documentation (including an I-9), provided a copy of my drivers license and my DTE utility bill (proof of residency). I was also given access to the CRM at https://aracau.com/user (with a secured lock in the browser). I was informed that my first 30 days of employment were considered a "probation period," and would receive a set commission for each package I received and processed (openned, took photos of, and filled out a quality inspection form for) weekly. I did not receive this commission weekly, but did end up receiving a small check after the 30 days of my probation period into my checking account (in which I had provided my account and routing number) from Iaida LLC ********** *** *** ********** on July 21st, 2025. After my 30 day probation period, I had a conversation with Lucas Nowak and John Ross (my point of contact in the CRM) about continuing my employment. Everyone was in agreeance that I would continue employment with Aracau LLC, and would be paid monthly, starting August 22nd, 2025 in the amount of $3500, plus commission if I process more than 80 packages a month, per the Employee Agreement. A week into this employemnt term, I stopped receiving packages. I inquired with John Ross and Lucas Nowak about this situation, and was told it was a slow period. I asked if there was anything I could do to help with in the organization, and their response was, "No." I also confirmed I would receive monetary compensation. I have yet to see a paycheck for August 22nd, 2025. I also submitted receipts (shipping label receipts) in the amount of $30.00, in which I have yet to be reimbursed for. On August 22, 2025 I reached out to both Lucas and John via email, the CRM and via phone in regards to not receiving my paycheck. I did not receive a response on any of the platforms we had been using for communication. I did receive a bounceback email that stated "Address not found," for [email protected].
