Description
Ordered three garmets: hoodie/cotton, blouse/cotton, dress/linen. Recieved polyester prints with no relationship to the design of the garments online. The garments are imported illegally. No labeling per FTC: Country of Origin, Fiber Content, Manufacturer ID, Care Lableing. Sent 3 emails and 1 phone call to Eleven Forest. No response. Credit Card company says if I received goods then I have to assume the loss. The contract was fulfilled. I have filed a complaint with the FTC #191 94 459.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE A VICTIM

• Report the activity to the online payment service used for the financial transaction.
• Contact your financial institution immediately upon discovering any fraudulent or suspicious activity and direct them to stop or reverse the transactions.
• Ask your financial institution to contact the corresponding financial institution where the fraudulent or suspicious transfer was sent.
