Description
Soon after I filed for my LLC, I received a letter (that looks like a form) titled 2025 - SAFETY MANUAL ORDER FORM, requesting that I send $295 to a PO Box in Washington, DC. The letter does not clearly specify what the payment is for, but it does outline violations of OSHA and warns about government fines and penalties for failing to meet safety requirements. If you look at the text of the letter closely, there is a disclaimer within the body of text (above what looks like a form) that reads: "C.P.S. is a non-governmental organization and does not have a contract with any government agency to provide this product."
