Description
Tracy from P3 Healthcare called into several of our departments over the course of 2 weeks with intimidation methods to speak with an Office Manager about our Medicare reimbursement being on the line. As a thriving Ophthalmology practice, we submit every year. Tracy stated she urgently needed to speak with us about our lack of submission and needs "Dr. Johnson's" information. I called CMS (Medicare) to confirm that we were not in danger and they reported that this is a bad actor. We would hate to see a smaller company be taken advantage of.
