(Weed Eater Order Number: *********) I purchased a Cordless Weed Eater from Bytech Labs labs via their website bytechlabs.net on July 30, 2025 (I received the package on August 6). I have not used the Bytech Weed Eater because I finally found my old Weed Eater that still works. And so, on August 12, 2025, I asked ByTech for a refund, letting them know I no longer need their Weed Eater. Yet ever since then, they keep stalling by offering 5%, then 10%, then 12% compensation of the order amount, now this morning they sent an email offering a 20% compensation of the order amount! Even though I specifically requested all my money back 100%! I've also repeatedly told them that I understand that I pay for shipping cost. I just want my money back!
