Entransfered for services that my bank confirmed he received he then sent back to use asking for a 6 digit code which we did not have so it qas sent back to him and now he says he didnt receive and saying that his wise people are requiring a bunch of personal information inorder for him to get the money and he has cancelled services paid for and wise systme he uses will not release money to us as we are not a member
