I booked flights through Adam Vacations for a flight. I received an itinerary and then a confirmation from them. After calling to see what was happening the customer service rep was quick to say they would refund me but I asked for a supervisor. He then came on changing his voice. Gave me the name Owen and then later Bruce. My husband called the airline we booked with and was able to dig and learn that they held the flights for three days but they never received payment so they canceled the hold after 72 hours. The saw day they canceled the hold Adam Travel send me the confirmation number. I asked for a supervisor and they said he was in a meeting, I asked for a name and he said it will be Gavin calling me back. No call back, no refund received. Alaska airline has a hold for some other issues with this company and will no longer book with them they shared so I see the problem runs deeper but I wanted to be sure to speak up as well
