On 08/15/2025, at 4:30PM, I experienced problems connecting my new Hewlett Packard Printer to my new Hewlett Packard Computer. I went online to the Hewlett Packard Customer Computer Support Website. The First Individual turned me over to the a Second Individual, who ended up turning me over to a Third Individual, and then to a Fourth Individual, who all claimed that I had multiple Trojan viruses on my computer, and that was the reason for my connection problem. They would need to download an anti-virus, and firewall, clean up those viruses, before they could connect the printer to the computer. The cost was $2,591. The Companies Names are: PC Packard, LLC, and Nexatech Repair. These companies are not any part or subsidiary of The Hewlett Packard The Manufacturer of the HP Printer or Computer.
