This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I received a notice almost weekly from Cloud + Inc that I needed to update my payment method or lose all information (documents, photos, etc) saved in my Cloud account by a certain date, usually several days in the future. A link was provided in the email to update my credit card for automatic payments. the emails were sent from several different unrecognized email addresses. All referenced a company address of 1341 Beechwood Dr Kyle, TX 78640. A couple emails also referenced an address in Delray, Florida in addition to the Kyle, TX address. I reported all emails to Microsoft as SPAM or PHISHING. They keep on coming. It's been several months since they started. I haven't lost any saved information in the Cloud.
