Description
I ordered a towing trailer online to be shipped to my address. Hybiebuy sent me an email confirming my order, and another when it was delivered. HOWEVER, not only did they not include a delivery address on the invoice, but the trailer wasn't shipped at all. The delivery number they provided on the invoice was for a cordless sawsall (see attached image). They've ignored all of my emails attempting to resolve the situation.
