Description
Website included lenghty video descrinbing weightloss supplement including video of endorsements by Oprah Winfrey (probably AI generated, I now believe). Pitch included large discounts avaialble for multiple package purchases and shortage of supply incentivizing immediate purchase. Upon receipt of supplements, we contacted the seller to request return instructions, notifying them none of the packages had been opened. Their only advice, offered in a very smug tone was to send and email to [email protected]. Mutiple emails to that address all generate automated replies with the same response, not of return instructions, but for discounts on "coaching" if refund is applied to that method of resolution. Repeated efforts to contact them continue to be met with the identical automated reply until today. Today I sent a message stating that their behavior "would be reported to authorities". This generated a new response - a link to a online forms/surveys site which I suspect is just another stall tactic meant to discourage their victims, and likely to collect information they can use or sell to other scammers/fraudsters/identity thieves. I refuse to provide any information beyond that of the initial order placed from the original website.
