I saw a Facebook ad (I know- big mistake since there are so many scams) and followed the link to the website - https://matildamilojewels.com/. The Facebook ad claimed the owner was retiring to spend more time with her grandson. Everything was "on sale". I purchased this ring: https://matildamilojewels.com/collections/bestseller-jewels/products/silver-golden-threads-ring. The ring I received - see pic - is not the same as what the website claims. Quality is much lower and the pieces of the ring do not look the same. I wrote an email to the contact information provided on the website BEFORE the ring was out for shipping attempting to cancel the order since I saw someone else filed a complaint about their fake jewelry here. There was no response. My ring arrived and it's poor quality. They have no actual phone number to call for support - I know, another red flag. I am also unsure of the country for this company. No address listed. I feel that Facebook should also be held to account for advertising these fake goods.
