I am writing to dispute a recent charge on my account from Cata Nurta for a product advertised as NAD+ Core pills. The company stated the supplements were “Made in the USA”, but when I inquired about the shipment, I discovered they were being sent from China. When I received the product, the packaging was labeled CATA-KOR, not Cata Nurta, and the labeling falsely claims “Made in USA.” This product does not match what was advertised and appears to be counterfeit. I contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund due to the false advertising. At first, they insisted the product was made in the USA, but after I pressed for a refund, their email address stopped working and now bounces back as undeliverable. Thye now have charged my credit again without my permission Because the product was misrepresented, does not match the description, and is possibly counterfeit and unsafe, I am requesting that this charge be reversed. I have saved all documentation, including order confirmation, emails, and photos of the product and packaging, which I can provide upon request. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
