On August 3, 2025, I was trying to purchase two window fans that are no longer available on Amazon, where I first bought them in 2015. I was delighted to see with Google search that another business was still carrying them and ordered two window fans for $92.70. I purchased through PayPal because of their buyer protection plan that covers all purchases with fraud protection. I emailed the seller about 8 times, asking for an approximate delivery knowing it was being delivered through China Post, with a tracking number. China Post has hundreds of mail companies, and I entered the tracking number, and the result was, no such tracking number was identified. That was within over 300 mailing centers. That’s when I came across your site because I wanted a phone number to call them before opening a dispute with PayPal, and entered the company name. The information was facts, and without the least hesitation, the company was labeled a scam and a fraudulent business. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute with this business. I was informed just minutes ago that PayPal will refund all of the money I paid for the fans. Late last night, I received a text about an ebook using my TD Bank Debit card for a purchase I did not make yesterday for $9.43. I immediately realized that my card number was now being released throughout the fraud and scammers, and I would be heading for more expensive purchases. TD Bank immediately closed my debit card account. I now have to go to the bank to resolve this and to make sure to get a working debit card that I use almost every day. I have many sites to contact about my card, which is no longer valid for payments that I have on autopay. Yes, it's a lot of work on my part, but I am very happy that I caught it ASAP, through the TD Bank fraud alert system.
