Description
Chinese website posing to be copyrighted material from a band called "My Chemical Romance" that is currently on tour in the U.S. The merchandise on the website presents itself as merchandise you can only buy at the concert. Order process was fine, shipping took forever, and when I received the product it was low quality and clearly not sanctioned branding from the band. The website has a return policy but says you need to reach out to them first. That's when I first noticed it was a Chinese based entity posing as a US entity and instead of refunding me per their policy, they tried to negotiate with me. Offering me 20% back, then 40% back, etc. and claiming they cannot refund 100% because that was "too much for them". Would like to file for removal of this website as it has likely scammed others.
