Saw an ad on tiktok for dentures. The product was Hermsa claims they are made in the USA. Places my order for 2 sets of dentures. What i recieved was 6 boxes of what looks like front teeth and a bag of plastic beads. I wrote them an email with my complaint asking about a refund and returning the products, telling them this was not what i ordered. They ask me to take photos of what i recieved. I sent them photos. They said they would return 30% of my money and i could keep the product, or i could return the product to a different address than the shipping address, at my cost. I told them that was not acceptable. Ive contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and will also be contacting the attorney general of Texas.
