Description
On August 11,2025 I purchased an electric bike from Cybx through an add on Facebook. After 24 hours from completing the transaction I received an email regarding the order I placed including tracking number. Every day I check the status of the order and for the most part I see it being processed. 11 days after placing the order the shipment arrived to Hong kong then the store or the website disappeared and it gives an error like” this connection is not private.this website maybe impersonating Cybx.store….” I email the seller and it has been 10 day and so far heard nothing.
