I found an ad for a 90% discount on RSVLTS shirts on Facebook. I ordered five shirts that were to be delivered in 30 days. After the order was not delivered, I contacted the seller and after some deliberation with them, they agreed to re-ship the packages in an expedited fashion. After three days, I was given a tracking number with a broken link where I was unable to access the tracking information. After contacting the seller, they assured me that the packages were on the way and to wait 7 to 15 days. Again the packages did not arrive and after contacting the seller, they gave a tracking link that worked this time to say that the packages had been delivered over a week ago, which is not accurate. After contacting the seller yet again asking for a refund have heard nothing in response.
