I purchased a hoodie from this website and was already wary of the delivery times as it claims to be a US company but the product was clearly shipping from overseas. When the hoodie arrived it was nothing like the photos. The photo on the site featured Gildan hoodies with non-vinyl prints on them and this came as a polyester hoodie with shiny vinyl prints that did not match the photos online. I expressed my concerns to the customer service email and they sent me another hoodie without acknowledging my concerns about the difference in quality. Once I received the second hoodie I requested a refund. They told me I’d have to pay to return the product overseas to receive my refund or I could choose an online credit to receive another counterfeit product. I went online to search for something similar to what it actually pictured online and stumbled upon the original creater and seller of these designs. They are called ImpalaHOODIE on Etsy. I have contacted them to let them know that many of their designs have been stolen and used to promote a false product. I hope this helps their site be taken down. I will be purchasing from the original creator.
