Order Number: CDM250725232705423 Order Date: July 25, 2025 I placed an order with Curvedream on July 25, 2025. The product I received was not as advertised or described. I returned the item to the address provided by the merchant at 865 Newark Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07208, paying for shipping myself. This address is an empty lot with no building to receive packages. The merchant has a forwarding system in place that diverts packages sent there to another address in Hillside, NJ. USPS tracking shows the package was delivered to a person. Despite this, Curvedream refuses to issue a refund. Their representative, Wendy, falsely claimed they never received it. At one point, she even sent me altered USPS tracking information, trying to show delivery to a PO Box in Hillside, NJ. This is tampering with federal tracking data and a violation of federal law. Summary of complaint: - Product was misrepresented. - Item was returned to the address provided. - Merchant’s listed return address is fraudulent (empty lot with mail forwarding). - Refund denied despite proof of delivery. - Representative provided altered USPS data.
