They said they were a BNPL app and their rules state that if the merchant cannot refund to card you must still pay thr charges even if the merchant cant refund to them and i didnt know this until i had an issue with the merchant trying to refund to them and it failing they are now saying i still owe this amount and must pay it and cannot dispute it from themselves but only through the merchant
