Thia group is sending letters to residents in Durham, NC attempting to assist in delinquent "state property taxes" which don't exist in NC. I was able to trace them back to an address in Sheridan WY that appears to be a know address for scam activity. https://www.thesheridanpress.com/news/local/another-scam-recorded-from-business-related-to-30-n-gould-st-registered-agent/article_52b040ca-f622-11eb-a595-e7f2de685e62.html Property is connected to this group: https://www.registeredagentsinc.com/about-us/leadership/ This appears to be a blatant attempt to gain personal information from vulnerable residents and to scam them into signing over their property for "tax assistance".
