I tried to make an airline reservation through a ticket agency to fly from Manila to the United States. The ticket agency said it was nonrefundable. I put in my information and my credit card to make the transaction. I was called by the ticket agency and asked if I needed to have baggage. I said of course I need baggage. I have never heard of an airline that didn’t allow you to have baggage. The initial ticket price was $701.16. When I ask what it would cost for baggage, they told me that it would be Over $1000. I was furious and complained that this was a scam because they hadn’t indicated any thing on their initial site about not allowing baggage on this flight. I’ve talked to them repeatedly and they will not refund my money. They took $1098.62 out of my bank account and I want it refunded. I told them that this was all a scam and I was going to report them I had to make arrangements with another ticket agency and airline to get my flight.
