You first have to take a very short survey to 'qualify' and then enter your personal contact info to "apply" (name, email, phone - optional). You are then IMMEDIATELY approved and asked to pay $3 for a "Dog Mom" sticker to prove you're not just a "freebie seeker". However, the site automatically has you choose a 3 sticker bundle option plus an additional $1.95 each to make the stickers waterproof, plus $1 for "last month's decal" but hidden it that offer is a disclosure that what you're actually doing is signing up for a monthly subscription to receive some sort of dog training manual and get charged $17.97/month after a 7 day free trial, plus a "Dog Mama" hoodie for $39.95 which is apparently 50% off but then when you look at the summary of fees you realize what you're actually being charged for the hoodie is $42.95 and before you know it your checkout price for a $3 sticker has ballooned to $63.70 with an additional monthly fee of $17.97 hidden in the fine print.
