Purchased whitening toothpaste (2) from online seller. They made it sound like American product. Bought 2 tubes as better deal, but amount shot up drastically and an international charge was also made. The tax appears to be a tariff. I always use Pay Pal as intermediary. They track the number of times you try to resolve. I just started this process today and am confident I will not lose money. They appear to be the same people I bought cotton T-shirts from that I'm also complaining about in a separate claim. There's no cotton at all! They offered me $4 on $50 purchase and told me return shipping would be expensive. I told them they were fraudulent and would pay me back entire amount.
