I had the folowing email exchange which shows how this company uses the "bait and switch" tactic: I have a disability that comes with a speech condition, so I will not be calling. Even if I could, I would not. I took the time to painstakingly complete a form online, itemizing what to move from where and to where. I was promised a quote. That did not happen online or on email.
