Description
On 5/18/25 I ordered clothing and paid the entire total, from uuvvsm.com. I received a confirmation with order number 250519002613821 and a tracking number which was LGHJ31990913CD. I received an email stating my order had been delivered on 6/24/25. However I never received a delivery from uuvvsm.com. I then contacted [email protected] per the website to request they resend the merchandise I ordered or send a refund. Customer service via the website said they would only refund a portion of my money back. However, to date 8/21/25, I never received a refund or the merchandise I paid for. I lost $100.00.
