Yesterday and today, my father received a call asking for my mother's phone number for her diabetic vision exam. Today I drop him off at their home and there is a car in the driveway with a woman saying she's there for the appointment. My mother wasn't home, so my dad called her and she said she never scheduled that appointment. I foolishly called the website business number on google only to realize that they are scammers. Read other people's one star reviews and the same thing is happening to other united healthcare users. She left a card and door hanger with her name spelled differently. They attempted the scam in TX but are located in GA.
