I placed an order on the Needream.com website on July 28, 2005 after receiving numerous online pop-up ad solicitations from them. Their website provides no contact information or address, only way to contact them is an online support email. Although they advertise ability to return any item and receive full refund, they've debated my reasons for asking for return ability, and to date, not provided me with instructions or address to facilitate my return. The clothing sizes are inconsistent, and the quality or their products is poor. In researching since them ghosting me, appears Needream has very poor reviews, as well as several BBB complaints in the past year. Shame on me for not confirming their satisfaction rates prior to ordering. Do NOT fall for their ads, they are proving to be highly deceptive and dishonest.
