I placed an order on a website claiming to be Dick’s Sporting Goods. The order was never delivered to my correct address. Customer service repeatedly sent automated responses, offering no real resolution. The charge on my credit card did not match the invoice, and the website appears to be a fraudulent online store. Multiple online reports suggest other customers have faced similar issues.
