I bought shoes that looked great in the advertisement. It took weeks for it to be shipped from China. When I received them, they are as poor quality as the temporary shoes you get at the nail salon to wear home, which fall apart right away. I paid $64.95 for shoes that probably cost less than $1 to make. On their website it says 30 day money back guarantee. I sent an email to their customer service contact for returns. They did not reply. I sent another email and they said they could give me 20% off the next purchase. I have gone back and forth with them several times and the best they would do is give me the money back if I paid for the shipping for the shoes to go back to China (obviously not cheap).
