My daughter ordered a dress from KOUVR Fashion's website. It was advertised as a "new" dress. When we received the dress, not only was the color completely off, but the dress was dirty, torn and had no tags on it. It was clearly used. After numerous attempts to call them (no answer), I emailed the address at the bottom of their website. I followed their return instructions perfectly, documented the stains and tears on the dress and agreed to pay for the return shipping (another $31.67 out of pocket). In doing so, I was told we would receive a store credit (even though I had asked for a full refund of the $105.99). All of this was done within a week of receiving the dress. The dress was shipping back on July 25, 2025. On August 13, 2025, we received the dress back on our doorstep. After contacting UPS, we were told that KOUVR Fashion refused our return. This company is a fraud and is taking advantage of their customers. When trying to communicate with them via email, you get an endless loop of excuses and request for documentation that you have already provided. I have given up trying to get any of my money back (even a store credit that I don't want) *** * ** ****** **** ** ****** * ********* **** *** *** ****** **** **** ** ***** ********* ***
